Feeling Great with Optimum Water, Exercise and Vitamins

The old saying “Health is Wealth,” has stood the test of time. This saying couldn’t be truer in today’s generation where most of us spend our wealth to get back our health or to remain healthy. It often seems that to feel great and healthy we need the best fitness experts and doctors at our fingertips. This is far from the truth.

Most of the time, all that we need to do is follow some golden rules to remain fit and healthy. Feeling great is not just about having a lot of experts at your fingertips, but it is simply fulfilling the basic needs of your body in the right manner.

Fulfilling Some Basic Needs for Your Body

Your body needs three essential ingredients to remain fit and healthy – adequate quantity of water, an achievable exercise routine, and a healthy dose of vitamins.

When your body gets enough water, exercise, and vitamins, it has all the essential ingredients to make you feel great about yourself.

1. Adequate Water Intake: On an average, 65 percent of the human body is water and to maintain equilibrium in your body, you need to maintain that. It is normal for a human body to lose about 2 to 3 litres of water daily in the form of urine, faeces, sweat, breathing and other invisible water losses.

You need to drink at least about 2.5 to 3 litres of water daily in the form of plain water, water in foods, and metabolic water to fulfil this losses. A hydrated body feels supple like a well-oiled machine and makes you feel great.

2. Regular Exercise: A body that exercises regularly is a fit body. Exercise helps you to control your weight, improves your mood, boosts your energy levels, promotes better sleep, improves your sex life, and helps fight various health conditions and diseases.

You should do at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day to keep your body fit. You can also try at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity for great results. Also consider strength training exercises at least twice a week.

3. Healthy Dose of Vitamins: Vitamins play a vital role in your body’s growth and development. They also aid your metabolism, immunity and digestion. According to health experts, the best way to get your vitamins is through a balanced diet containing a variety of nutrients. Most often, this is not possible. So, it is important that you consider a healthy dose of vitamins to fulfil your body’s needs. A healthy dose however does not mean overdosing of vitamins.

Vitamins may be synthetic – created in a laboratory, and organic or natural – derived from food sources. Most health researchers recommend natural vitamins as they are derived from safe, edible sources. There is however still much debate about organic vitamins vs regular vitamins, but each has its own pros and cons. While synthetic vitamins are less expensive and require once-a-day dosing, organic vitamins require small multiple daily dosing but are more natural and probably more beneficial.

A Word of Caution

Beware of the fact that excess or improper exercise and vitamin supplements often result in more harm than good. Always consult you doctor or fitness expert before starting an exercise routine or dietary supplement.

Also, only choose reliable and quality organic vitamins stores in South Florida called Tunies for your dietary supplements.

With the right dose of water, exercise and vitamins, you will be well on your way to feeling great!
