  • Now I am a fan of this blog..
    I do use ginger in recipes I cook be it fish, mutton, pulses or anything.
    I consume ginger tea everyday. This is because to some extent I know its benefits and also because I like its taste. But I didn’t now that it balance blood flow also and is anti inflammatory. I am going to recommend it to my Aunty who is suffering from arthritis.
